About Veos
VEOS stands for Valorisation of Organic Substances and was founded in 1974 in the center of the agro-industry in, West-Flanders, Belgium.
The VEOS group valorizes and develops functional meat proteins. These highly functional proteins are mainly used in the meat processing industry for their functional properties (waterbinding, emulsifiying, gelling, colouring,...) but are also used in other applications such as construction, cosmetics, fortified foods, winery,...
Each production step is carefully monitored and controlled with an approved HACCP and ISO 9001 certificate to ensure qualitative products. The Veos group has become a world wide industrial partner with several production facilities. Since more than 30 years, the Veos Group, has been selling its products world wide in more than 60 countries, under the brand name Vepro®.
VEOS Group also produces in France and Brazil under the companies VAPRAN sas and HEMOPROT.
